Hello, Matt --I wanted to reach out to you personally as the President of Space Goat to apologize for the clumsiness of our recent refunds to you. I've been handling them myself, and it took me a while to realize that Backerkit has an odd glitch when issuing refunds. Refunding a charge is simple enough, but unless the user manually goes in and cancels the entire customer account, the card queues up for processing. We process cards in batches and didn't think to look at any unique email addresses until this problem occurred a few times. Your account has been cancelled on our end, so you won't see any more charges from us. You have my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Sincerely, Shon
